We found that Nihit was alive in the pool of blood, and we shifted him to the hospital immediately.”He added, “Dr Kiran’s relatives and friends were allegedly calling him on Tuesday night and Wednesday, and Dr Priya answered those calls, saying he was busy or that he had gone to the hospital. When neighbours called her, she allegedly said she was home, and her husband had gone out. The reason for the incident is yet to be ascertained. Currently, Dr Priyanka is in shock. She said that she was sitting at home in shock. However, her words are confusing at this moment. Nihit is said to be mentally challenged. We have registered a murder case. Dr Kiran’s family members are alleging that Dr Priyanka is behind the crime. We will take a complaint from them. We have detained her.”He added, “The apartment has a very secure atmosphere. Each house has CCTV coverage. The possibility of unknown visitors is very low. No clash with neighbours was reported. The time of the murder can be ascertained only after a postmortem. We received information by 7pm and arrived at the spot.”
