PropertyPistol, a real estate services company, has raised ₹25 crore in a pre-Series B funding round led by Ashish Kacholia.
The newly raised capital will aid the company’s Dubai expansion, help strengthen partnerships with real estate developers, enable cross-border investments as well as boost market penetration and operations in Delhi-NCR.
In addition, the funds will aid the development of its syndication-driven distribution network and improve its technological capabilities.
“The fundraise serves as a strategic accelerator aligned with our ambition to build a future-ready, scalable, and high-governance distribution platform,” said Ashish Narain Agarwal, founder and managing director, PropertyPistol.
Founded in 2012, Navi-Mumbai headquartered PropertyPistol brings together builders, buyers, and brokers to enable real estate buying and selling across primary sales and home loans.
“PropertyPistol has demonstrated strong execution discipline, scalability, and a distinctive operating model capable of capturing high-value opportunities across both domestic and international markets. The syndication network combined with technology-led enablement positions the company to scale profitably and competitively,” said investor Kacholia.
The round also saw participation from existing investors.
