Founded by Maneesh Bhandari, Shalu Mitruka and Amaresh Shirsat, GrowthPal is an AI-powered M&A copilot that helps corporate development teams define acquisition objectives and translate them into structured acquisition theses. GrowthPal, an AI-led platform focused on M&A deal sourcing and execution, has raised $2.6 million led by Ideaspring Capital, with participation from a group of global angel investors.
The company plans to use the capital to aid product development and expand footprint across the US and other international markets.

Using AI-driven analysis, the platform scans an internal database of more than four million technology companies, drawing on signals such as public disclosures, hiring patterns, funding activity.

The startup has supported more than 42 completed M&A transactions across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America and its client base includes large enterprises, mid-market firms, PE-backed companies and startups across sectors.
