Škoda Auto India has expanded its retail and service network in Punjab by opening two new customer touchpoints in Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur. This expansion, in partnership with Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd., brings Škoda Auto India‘s total presence in Punjab to 10 touchpoints and is part of a broader strategy to strengthen its nationwide network, supporting its highest-ever sales performance in India in 2025. The new facilities in Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur adhere to Škoda’s Modern Solid design philosophy, aiming to provide a consistent and premium customer experience. The Ludhiana outlet is a dedicated sales facility covering 2,800 sq. ft. with a vehicle display capacity for four cars. The Hoshiarpur location is a compact 3S facility, encompassing sales, service, and spare parts. It features a 1,600 sq. ft. sales area with display space for three vehicles and a 1,900 sq. ft. service area equipped with two service bays.Ashish Gupta, Brand Director at Škoda Auto India, commented on the expansion, highlighting its importance for the brand’s success.

“Network growth is a critical pillar for our success in India, and we are committed to expanding our reach to ensure our customers have convenient access to our sales and service facilities.”

He further emphasized Punjab’s significance as a key market.

“Punjab is a very important market for Škoda Auto India, and with these new locations, we are bringing our full product range closer to our customers in the region.”

Sumit Passi, Dealer Partner at Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd., also shared his perspective on the new openings.

Škoda Auto India has seen significant growth in its nationwide footprint. The company had 120 touchpoints in 2021 and has expanded to over 325 touchpoints today, covering 183 cities. The company’s focus remains on improving accessibility, strengthening after-sales support, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across its expanding network.

The addition of these new facilities in Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur underscores Škoda Auto India’s commitment to the Punjab market and its overall growth strategy in India. This expansion reflects the brand’s approach of combining strong dealer partnerships, modern retail formats, and customer-centric service to achieve long-term success in the Indian automotive sector.
