Modulus Housing was founded in 2018 at IIT Madras by Shreeram Ravichandran and P Gobinath. Modulus Housing has raised ₹70 crore in a Series A round led by Kalaari Capital, Hero and Samarthya, with participation from SVAS, Sigma, Zetwerk founder Srinath Ramakkrushnan, Sanjiv Rangrass and others.
The fresh funding will be used for market expansion within India and in selected international markets, R&D efforts, scaling its partner-factory ecosystem, and strengthening its lightweight green-concrete technology.
