Kick streamer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, became the centre of attention after videos showed him being briefly detained by police following a fight outside a Miami nightclub. The incident happened on July 25 and quickly spread across social media. Videos appeared to show Peters fighting with another man before security guards restrained him and police arrived. Many people online believed he had been arrested, but there is no official confirmation of that. Public records also showed no criminal case filed against him as of July 25.

Videos shared online appear to show the streamer confronting the man before pushing and slapping him. Several people tried to stop the fight, but the situation quickly became more serious.The argument soon moved outside the nightclub, where multiple people became involved. Videos shared on X showed two men, believed to be nightclub security guards, trying to restrain Clavicular. One of the guards wrestled him to the ground and held him in a headlock while others tried to separate everyone involved.Clavicular’s friend, Drago, was also at the scene. In another video, he can be seen trying to pull the security guard away from the streamer. Drago later questioned whether the security guards had the right to hold Clavicular, posting on X, “Citizens arrest my a**.”Police officers arrived shortly afterwards and stepped in to stop the fight. Videos later showed Clavicular sitting in the back of a police SUV, which led many people online to believe he had been arrested.

Although the videos caused widespread rumours, there is no evidence that Clavicular was formally arrested. The available footage does not show him being handcuffed or taken away for booking.Posts shared on X suggested that police only detained him for a short time while they investigated what had happened and separated everyone involved. As of July 25, there were no new Miami-Dade criminal court records under Braden Peters’ name.After the videos went viral, Clavicular thanked his friend Drago for standing by him during the incident. In a post on X, he wrote, “Drago is my right hand man, absolute legend. W Drago.”At the time of writing, neither the Miami police nor the nightclub has announced any charges related to the fight. It also remains unclear whether anyone else involved in the altercation will face legal action.For now, the viral videos have sparked plenty of discussion online, but the incident appears to have ended with only a temporary police detention rather than a confirmed arrest. Officials have not released any further updates, and no criminal charges have been publicly announced against Clavicular.
