Reczee will continue to operate with its existing product roadmap, while aligning more closely with OnGrid’s workforce infrastructure ecosystem.Background verification platform OnGrid has acquired Reczee, an AI-based recruitment platform, in a move to bring hiring and verification onto a single workflow.
The acquisition will enable OnGrid to integrate verification early into the hiring process, instead of limiting checks to the post-offer stage, the companies said in a statement on Thursday.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

Reczee offers an AI-powered system that combines candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring.
Founded in 2016, OnGrid serves more than 4,000 organisations across background verification, identity checks, KYC, and KYB, and claims to have processed over one billion verifications and transactions to date.
