Ram Pasala and Lakshman Pasala, Founders.Cloud PC platform Neverinstall has raised seed funding with participation from Equirus InnovateX Fund (EIF), an early-stage venture capital firm.
The fresh capital will be used to fuel deep-tech infrastructure development and develop enterprise security capabilities.
Founded in 2021 by Ram Pasala and Lakshman Pasala, Neverinstall enables enterprises to stream applications and desktops on any device via a web browser. It offers a cloud-native alternative to traditional virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) by decoupling the operating system from hardware.
Organisations can securely access virtual desktops and applications across browsers, thin clients, mobile devices and native desktop clients, without local installations.
Some of its key initiatives include the development of Neverinstall’s hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) platform, enabling a ‘bring your own infrastructure’ model on commodity hardware, and the launch of an enterprise secure browser with an eBPF-based security layer for regulated workflows in sectors such as BFSI and healthcare, it added.
“The enterprise desktop market is going through a fundamental reset. Neverinstall stands out for its browser-native, cloud-agnostic approach that materially lowers total cost of ownership while improving performance and user experience,” said Sunder Nookala, General Partner, Equirus InnovateX Fund.
Neverinstall has reported threefold growth in FY26 and caters to clients such as Tally, Porter, Alliance Broadband and Primebook, supporting thousands of employees across use cases.
Along with the fundraise, the firm has appointed Ramesh Gopal Krishna, a former sales leader at Microsoft, Meta and Salesforce, as the chief revenue officer.
Going ahead, the company plans to scale its enterprise footprint across India and international markets while evolving into a full-stack workspace orchestration platform.
