AI-native finance automation startup Bluecopa has raised $7.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Analog Partners, with participation from existing investors Blume Ventures and Dallas Venture Capital.

The newly raised funds will be used to boost product innovation and deepen presence internationally, including in markets such as the Asia Pacific region, North America and the Middle East.

“We’re building specialised foundation models so every finance leader has an AI-native platform that doesn’t just automate tasks but fundamentally reimagines how financial operations should work,” said Satya Prakash, co-founder & CEO, Bluecopa.

Founded in 2021 by Prakash, Raghavendra Reddy, and Nilotpal Chanda, Bluecopa offers an autonomous AI platform that helps run financial processes across continuous close, business reporting, receivables, and payables at scale.

“Finance teams today are drowning in fragmented systems and month-end fire drills,” said Reddy, co-Founder & COO, Bluecopa. “By automating 90 per cent of reconciliations and enabling continuous close, Bluecopa delivers a unified, AI-native operations layer.”

With this round, total funding raised by Bluecopa now amounts to $11.6 million.

The company claims that its platform has helped customers cut close cycles by up to 70 per cent, improve process efficiency by 50 per cent and reduce errors nearly 90 per cent.

“Globally, the CFO tech stack is undergoing a massive transformation, and Bluecopa is uniquely placed to disrupt this space with its AI-powered platform approach,” said Ashish Shastry, founder and partner at Singapore-based Analog Partners.
