Haircare brand &Done has raised $3 million in a funding round led by RTP Global, with participation from All-in Capital, Suashish, and angel investors Kitty Agarwal, partner at Info Edge Ventures, and Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, cofounders of Titan Capital.

Founded in 2023 by Atit Jain and Saumya Yadav, the brand started by offering professional haircare products meant for salons and then expanded to products for retail customers last year.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its team, scale its research, grow its product, and invest in branding and marketing.

“We’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is for Indian consumers to find truly effective hair care. Our goal is to change that — to create a science-driven, high-trust professional brand made for Indian hair but benchmarked to global standards,” said Yadav.

Yadav, who has done her MBA from Stanford, was among the early employees of Urban Company. Jain, the firm’s chief executive, was formerly with SAIF Partners (now known as Elevation Capital), and had cofounded the live streaming video shopping app BulBul.

The Gurugram-based company’s professional range is available in over 500 salons across the country in places such as Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Hyderabad.

“This year, we will expand our portfolio, especially on the retail side, to include more problem-specific products like solutions for dandruff and more,” Yadav told ET. “We are an omnichannel brand and want to be both online and offline, wherever the consumers are.”

The products are manufactured in India and the ingredients are imported from abroad, said Yadav.

“Their (&Done’s) salon-first go-to-market approach is a differentiator in India’s evolving beauty ecosystem. &Done has the potential to become a category-defining brand for Indian consumers and a global benchmark in professional haircare,” said Pavitra Gupta, director, RTP Global, in a statement.

Before this round, &Done had raised ₹3 crore.

This comes just a few weeks after the brand Moxie Beauty, which also focusses on Indian hair, raised $15 million in a round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

In November 2025, haircare firm Ionic Professional raised ₹6.5 crore in pre-seed funding led by early-stage venture capital (VC) firm All In Capital. In March, D2C beauty and personal care brand Pilgrim raised ₹200 crore through a mix of primary and secondary funding, led by existing investor Narotam Sekhsaria’s family office.
