Founded in 2022 by Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, Prosperr.io offers AI-driven tax management infrastructure for both individuals and enterprises.Bengaluru-based fintech SaaS startup Prosperr.io has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Jungle Ventures, with participation from Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other strategic investors.
The round takes the company’s total capital raised to $5.55 million.
Founded in 2022 by Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, Prosperr.io offers AI-driven tax management infrastructure for both individuals and enterprises. The company has a platform for tax-saving employee allowances and automated reimbursements.
“We’re building Prosperr.io as the AI-powered financial operating system for working India,” said CEO and co-founder Manas Gond. “Our integrated Flexi Benefit Plan and Super Saver Plan are transforming how businesses and individuals handle tax, savings, and compliance.”
The company said it has seen a 3x growth in year-on-year revenue.
The new capital will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen its B2B sales infrastructure, and support expansion into adjacent areas such as wealth management.
