Clean-label beverage startup Swizzle has secured ₹2 crore in seed funding, led by angel investors Sooraj Singh and Shaili Chopra. Clean-label beverage startup Swizzle has raised ₹2 crore in a seed funding round that was finalised on the entrepreneurship television show Ideabaaz. The round was led by angel investors Sooraj Singh, founder and CEO of Unibots, and Shaili Chopra, founder of SheThePeople and Gytree.
The company plans to use the capital to expand its presence across retail, hospitality (HoReCa), vending machines and quick-commerce platforms, while also scaling manufacturing capacity, strengthening its team and introducing new products.
“This investment isn’t just capital, it’s validation of our belief that India deserves cleaner, better beverages,” said Vrinda Singhal and Deepender Singh, Co-Founders, Swizzle.
The Bengaluru-based startup in a statement on Tuesday said it will increase its manufacturing capacity from 250 litres per day to 2,000 litres per day, enabling production of up to 40,000 cans daily.
The startup’s product portfolio focuses on clean-label beverages made using real fruits and herbs, without artificial flavours, colours or chemicals.
Over the next 12–18 months, Swizzle aims to scale distribution to 5,000 retail outlets across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with plans to expand to over 20,000 outlets nationwide.
The company is also targeting placement across 7,500 vending machines, more than 2,000 HoReCa outlets and availability across major quick-commerce platforms.
