Monimoy Bhattacharyya joins Motilal Oswal Financial Services as Head – Compensation & Benefits

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has appointed Monimoy Bhattacharyya as Senior Vice President and Head of Compensation & Benefits.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President and Head – Compensation & Benefits at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd,” Bhattacharyya shared in a LinkedIn post.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Bhattacharyya was associated with HDFC Bank as Deputy Vice President and Lead – Compensation & Benefits. Previously, he worked at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company, Mahindra Finance, Polycab and Capgemini.

Bhattacharyya holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Assam Engineering College.
