Ultraviolette has raised $45 million in its Series E round to scale its current and upcoming electric motorcycle platforms in India and abroad.

Ultraviolette has secured $45 million as part of its ongoing Series E funding round, with participation from Zoho Corporation and investment firm Lingotto. The funding will support the company’s scale-up of current and upcoming electric motorcycle platforms in India and international markets.

The company said in a statement that the capital will accelerate expansion of its F77 and X-47 motorcycles and advance development of future platforms, including Shockwave and Tesseract. Ultraviolette has expanded to 30 Indian cities within the past year and plans to reach 100 cities by mid-2026.

The F77 has also been introduced in the United Kingdom, extending the brand’s presence to 12 European markets.

“The investment aligns with the company’s aim of building electric mobility solutions for domestic and global markets,” said Co-founder and CEO Narayan Subramaniam.

Co-founder and CTO Niraj Rajmohan said the Series E funding will support increased production capacity to meet rising demand. He said the company is focusing on battery technology development, performance improvements and scaling production for forthcoming product platforms.
