Actor Sivakarthikeyan recently took to his social media handles to share what he described as the best review he has received for his latest film, Madharaasi, and it came from none other than ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth.
The actor wrote on X, ”Just received the appreciation for #Madharaasi from my idol, my Thalaivar #Superstar @rajinikanth sir. ‘My god, excellent! Enna performance! Enna actions! Super super SK! Enakku romba pudichirundhadhu. Action hero aagiteenga. God bless, God bless.’“

Rajinikanth’s remark about Sivakarthikeyan evolving into an action star has gone viral. Sivakarthikeyan had also received praise from Rajinikanth for his previous blockbuster Amaran, when the actor met the superstar following the film’s success.
The AR Murugadoss directorial Madharaasi, which opened to mixed reviews, has raked in approximately Rs 46.75 crore from the domestic box office, taking its worldwide collections past the Rs 60 crore mark.

The action thriller follows a man with a rare medical condition who finds himself caught between the NIA and a powerful crime syndicate, all while racing against time to save the woman he loves. Madharaasi also stars Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, and Biju Menon in prominent roles. The film features a musical score by Anirudh Ravichander, with Sudeep Elamon handling the cinematography.
